Taekwondo is a great family activity! Training as a family is a great way to spend time together. It is a great opportunity for parents and children to interact with each other and learn side by side and make memories while promoting a healthy lifestyle. We offer special discounted Family Membership pricing when two or more members within the same household sign up together! Schedule your first FREE class online during booking. The second class will be scheduled with our staff after you attend the first class. Please arrive 10 minutes early for class and check in at the front desk staff. Wear comfortable clothing to exercise in and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class. Students will remove socks and shoes before stepping onto the workout mats.
